1. Pee in the shower
Yes, it sounds gross, but it is SO good for the environment. Did you know that
every time you pee in the shower, you save 6 liters of water?
2. Don’t leave the water running
A little water goes a long way. Turning off the water while brushing your teeth,
lathering soap on your hands or shampooing your hair makes a bigger impact than you think.
3. Always bring a reusable bag
In Norway,
each person uses about 160(!) plastic bags every year. That’s 800 million in total.
Every single time you choose to bring your own bag, is a win for the environment.
4. Shop vintage
The clothing industry is one of the worst climate enemies. Try buying some used clothes!
It’s a win win – it’s good for the environment, and you’ll have more unique outfits than if
you were to buy something brand new.
5. Make sure to eat your food before you have to throw it away
You can be amazed by what incredible recipes you can come up with just by using the random stuff
you have in your fridge or cupboard!
